§ 58-263. Permitted discharge of unpolluted water.

Stormwater, all unpolluted drainage, industrial cooling waters or unpolluted process water shall be discharged to such sewers as are specifically designated as combined sewers or storm sewers or in accordance with a permit issued under the provisions of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System or other permits issued by either an agency of the state or the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
