§ 54-15. Traffic regulation on private, commercial or business properties.

(a)

Where the town has entered into a contract pursuant to the provisions of IC 9-21-18-1 et seq., which authorizes the town to enforce traffic regulations on a private, commercial or business property, and the traffic regulations provided for by the contract have been posted on the private property, the police department shall be authorized to enforce such traffic regulations on the private, commercial or business property.

(b)

Any person who shall violate any of the posted traffic regulations on private, commercial or business property shall be subject to the penalties provided in chapter 54, as the same now exists or are amended from time to time hereafter.
