§ 10-2. Submission of certificate of authority by foreign corporations doing business in town.

Any foreign corporation doing business in the town shall furnish a copy of its certificate of authority from the secretary of state's office, in addition to all other documentation required by this chapter, prior to the issuance of a license or registration by the town.
